Our Applicant Screening Process
Each of our applicants is subject to the stringent Quality Staffing Solution, Inc screening process, including:
- A thorough work history review
- An interview detailing their strengths, personalities, work ethic, and performance
- A 5-panel drug screen
- A background check including criminal and sexual offenses
